Delivery Information

The information below relates to any orders placed via this website or over the phone and applies to home delivery of Appliances, Sinks, Taps and other home-delivered items. Please contact us for information regarding out Fitted Kitchens and Worktops


How much is delivery?

Delivery to the general public is free on all orders over £99. Delivery for orders under this amount is charged at £4.99. There is a separate rate for Trade accounts.

 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving them. A1 Interiors do not normally keep any stock, in order to bring you our best prices. This means that your order will usually be delivered within 7-10 working days from processing depending on your location and time of order. We will always aim to inform you as soon as possible if there are any delays to your goods and advise you accordingly. 

 

Who will deliver my order?

A1 Interiors do not normally keep any stock, in order to bring you our best prices. This means that, in most cases, your delivery will be fulfilled directly from our distributor or distributors. We may, at our sole discretion, choose to use a third party shipping company to deliver your order, or choose to deliver your order on our own vehicles. You will always be contacted to arrange delivery by either ourselves or our third party distributor or distributors or shipping company

 Your goods will normally be delivered by a single driver. You must therefore be able to provide able-bodied assistance on delivery. Our drivers will take your order to your door, but will not normally enter your premises

 

Where do you deliver to?

 We deliver to most of the Mainland UK, however restrictions do apply. We will always contact you if you fall outside of our delivery areas and do our best to offer a reasonable solution. There may be an additional charge for this.

Most deliveries will be sent to you by a large delivery wagon. This means that there are certain places we will not be able to deliver to due to access restrictions. If there are access restrictions to your delivery address, please contact us and we will look into an alternative delivery method. There may be an additional charge for this.

 

Other Delivery Information

 We reserve the right to change our delivery terms and means. We will notify you of any changes to your delivery information. It is therefore vital that all contact information provided by you is 100% accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for any difficulties or failure to deliver your goods where contact cannot be made with you due to provision of missing or incorrect information

 If you miss your delivery, or your delivery cannot be made due to restrictions or circumstances not made aware to us at least 48hrs prior to delivery, redelivery will be charged at £40+VAT, unless your order is a Range Cooker or American Fridge Freezer in which case a redelivery charge will be £90+VAT. This charge will be made for each individual attempted delivery beyond and including the second
